Most faults can be resolved either through our Job Desk with the help of the Faults Maxtrix or by sending an engineer to the site.
However where it is required and when an issue cannot be resolved locally in the UK, EWS can draw on full Technical Support from the production plants either in Holland our Germany.
This could be as simple as relaying to them via our Palms system or email details of the fault or going to the extremes of flying in senior technicians and parts to resolve the issue at our cost.
