Call Desk & Faults Matrix
EWSL has recently introduced a new Call Desk handling facility to help us process your calls and incorporates a unique Faults Matrix solution which enables EWSL to identify potential solutions to faults at the point of dealing with the call, thereby reducing down-time on the equipment.
Job Desk
The Job Desk works exactly the same as the Call Desk but is used to process calls for engineering assistance and schedule all routine service work. It also has the added benefit of incorporating a unique Faults Matrix solution to help us deal with some issues quicker as we can resolve them with some customer assistance over the phone.
The Faults Matrix allows EWSL to handle service related calls and helps to identify common faults and the required solution to resolve the fault thereby reducing down time on the equipment.
