A statutory nuisance can be any property in such a condition to be harmful to health or a nuisance.

How Do I Avoid Creating A Statutory Nuisance?

•  Look at whether your business might causes a nuisance to neighbours. This includes looking at emissions, noise levels and other factors. Try to reduce or prevent a nuisance.

•  Talk to your neighbours. Inform them if there is any future operations, which may cause unfavourable effects.
