This unique computer controlled system known as “Smartpac” is fitted to all Geesink portable Compactors free of charge. This visual LCD technology is the first of its type within the world wide compaction industry and provides added features for visual information together with safety options and pre-programmed maintenance recordings.
• For ultimate security, operators have a chip-key to identify them as authorised users. A display panel indicates load status and uses pictograms to identify problems, helping to increase operational readiness. Each compactor can be optimised to a specific application (different pressures or compaction plate positions) within seconds. An optional module sends load, service status and GPS location to e-mail, fax or mobile phone.
• LCD screen technology produces pictorial information on the operating performance, compactor loading & filing and trouble shooting.
• In the unlikely event of equipment failure, the Smartpac intelligence unit will trace the fault and highlight to our clients and our trained engineering team the opportunities for quick fix solutions.
• Individual keypad operation of the compactors control system means that no unauthorised use of the equipment is possible without the special microprocessor programmed green key.
• Service history is logged within the machines computer, to give detailed information on maintenance, repairs and servicing.
The Smartpac system is the first ever product of its type, and is specifically developed by Kiggen for the European waste compaction market, keeping our products and clients at the forefront of this competitive sector.
