The RV642 waste roller baler was created for those who require the highest levels of convenience as they are compact and mobile. The continuous method of operation allows films and cardboard packaging to be compacted at the waste site, thereby reducing intermediate storage.
By integrating the process of wrapping with stretch film, the RV642 offers a special solution for the management of plastic film waste, paper and cardboard waste or similar material.
The control of the entire cycle of the baler is integrated on to the control panel. The only process performed manually is the loading of the material; all other operations are performed automatically by the control system of the RV642.
When the baler is full the bale is automatically ejected ready to store for collection.
Welger RV642 waste rollers incorporate the world-wide proven Welger system for roll compaction with material feeding via rotating conveyor belts. Both conveyor belts form a rolling chamber through the material feed, in which the compaction is carried out. Loading can be interrupted as desired. The compacted, round bales are subject to constant pre-loading from the start. Re–expansion of the material is therefore impossible. Wrapping with the film is done after reaching the final size, followed by automatic ejection.
