Operations / Office Manager
Managing a small operational team of eight office based staff, the role of Office Manager is to ensure that key tasks are carried out in an efficient and professional manner.
Providing support to the Managing Director, you will be required to
Report on staff performance on a regular basis Contribute to staff appraisals Provide analysis on Company Performance Implement procedures to help support a growing business Have the ability to make decisions and prioritise workload in a fast paced environment
Ideally the successful candidate should have previous management experience and a flexible approach to what will be a challenging yet rewarding role.
