After working with EWSL on the "Call Desk" for almost three years and helping to set up the new Call Desk Facility at Avondale House Teresa O'Neill takes over the position of Installation / Engineering Support Manager and now has responsibility for one of the most important aspects of the business.
Her responsilbilites now see Teresa manage the complete process for all new account from setting up the contracts to arranging the installation itself.
ATeresa also manages the Engineering Operations including all of the Jobs on the Engineering side.
This has been a logical move for Teresa who is looking to expand her role within the business and has recently completed Internal Quality Audit Training. |
