Environmental Waste Systems Ltd are a successful and forward thinking waste management company who operate at the forefront of our industry and set the standards for others to follow, and we seek to appoint a first rate Field Based Service Engineer to maintain our range of waste handling equipment throughout the Region.

Working from home you will report to the Engineering Manager and your role will be to provide service and breakdown cover as well as installing new equipment at customer’s premises throughout your region.  You will also have the opportunity to develop the role and move into a Sales / Service Engineer.

Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience in servicing and maintaining waste handling equipment, including balers, compactors etc, and be qualified in Electrical, Hydraulically and Mechanical aspects of engineering.  You will need to be able to understand schematic drawings for electrical and hydraulicall installations and the ability to weld would also be highly advantageous.

Acting as the face of EWS in potentially difficult situations we need someone who can communicate effectively and has the ability to plan and problem solve to resolve issues so if you think you have what it takes and have the drive, motivation and skills to succeed in this fast moving environment and can demonstrate that you are a contributor and achiever then please email your CV to claire@ewsl.co.uk

In return you can expect a Good Basic Salary + Bonus Package + Commission, Pension & Private Health Care Plan (after qualifying period) along with a fully equipped company vehicle and usual perks.  OTE is circa £32K per annum.
