As waste recycling targets continue to rise, the need to become part of a compliance scheme becomes more attractive to customers who either do not generate a lot of their own in-house recyclate, or do not segregate their recyclate waste and instead send it to landfill.

EWSL can provide you with the help and support needed to achieve compliance under the Packaging Waste regulations through the acquisition of Packaging Recovery Notes (PRNs) or through introduction to suitable compliance schemes.

We do not operate our own compliance scheme and can therefore offer our customers an independent and unbiased opinion of what is best for them. This has enabled our customers to select the means to achieve compliance by beneficially moving between schemes or by "going it alone" which ever suits you better.

We can help you self-administer your own scheme through our extensive on-line reporting facility (see Back Up page) which can provide you with real time tonnage reports for the waste that is produced and detail the amounts which are either land filled or recycled (see Self Compliance Scheme page for more details).

As we deal directly with accredited mills we are able to obtain PRN notes for your waste and have them issued to you.
