• A contactless sensor gives continuous information on the position and speed of the compaction plate. Because of this no fault-sensitive end switches or pressure transmitters are required which increases the operational reliability. Speed information is used to take maximal advantage of the available motor power. This ensures that the waste is pressed into the container within a minimum of time.
