Initally joining the company as Accounts and Admin Manager. Claire McNeil has been with EWS for over four years.
Claire's role as Business Development Manager requires her to identify areas for improvement and for developing future systems and procedural requirements. Additionally Claire is responsible for maintaining our ISO 14001 and ISO9001 accreditations and is the primary contact for all marketing activities and projects.
Claire also undertakes many Customer Service duties including carrying out regular surveys of internal procedures / systems with both staff and customers to obtain feedback on performance levels and identify improvements plans where required |
