As with our preventative maintenance option this plan usually provides three routine service visits per annum, controlled through the job schedule facility which is set up upon the commencement of our agreement.

This ensures that your service visits are carried out at regular intervals, helping to keep your equipment operating at its optimum performance level at all times.

This cover provides for all labour time of each service visit, along with filters and oil when required along with any requirements for engineering assistance for breakdown visits, including all parts and labour (subject to conditions) excluding vandalism and damage.

You will have the ability to view your service schedule and examine details of all service visits previously carried out through our customer access facility, which will also allow you to download worksheets etc.
